Step 3.) Download FalloutLauncher Replacer from: (Yes I know I told you to rename it back to it's original, I'm just making it slightly easier.) Step 2.) Rename FalloutLauncher.exe to FalloutLauncher_ORG.exe. 'Fallout.exe', 'FalloutLauncher.exe', 'fose_loader.exe'). Step 1.) Go to your Fallout 3 install and make sure that everthing has been renamed back to their original names. I have found how to do this, it's very simple in fact. Many people have been trying to run the game through Mod Organizer with FOSE but have not been able to get the Steam Overlay working as well. I only recently bought Fallout 3 during the QuakeCon and have already found many flaws with compatibility. ~~~~ THIS FIX ONLY WORKS WITH MOD ORGANIZER ~~~~
